18 th anniversary!

Thank you for everyone who helped us to get to this amazing Milestone!

2020 marks our 18th anniversary here at All Sports Marketing and we couldn’t be prouder! We wanted you to know how much we have appreciated and continue to appreciate your support over the years. A company is only as strong as its customers and on that score we are feeling pretty fit.

In classic entrepreneurial style, All Sports Marketing was started out of a friend’s garage, a veritable warehouse of race brochures, postcards and road cases that we would lug around to just about any finish line we could find in the GTA.  We had one part time intern in our second year.  After sharing some real office space with the Canada Running Series at Yonge and Bloor, w e then moved to our first office on LesMill Road in North York where we shared space with an.  Adventure Racing company.  We had no windows and started the tradition of bringing a dog to the office (Pepper, RIP).  We then move nearby to Railside Road, more window-less offices at the back of our Telus mobile phone supplier, our first sub-tenant was here (5 Peaks Trail Races), and then in 2007 we finally ventured downtown where we haven’t looked back!

Liberty Village, Parkdale and now King / Queen Street West was our home between 2007 and 2016, alot of great memories, great staff, International Expansion, new companies (Good Times Running) and more fun than we can remember.   Liberty Village is where Jefferson arrived on the scene, a rescue dog who quickly became our official Mascot. We’ve enjoyed the typical roller coaster of emotions, sales highs and lows and overall positive vibes as we continue to support one of the best Industries around, as my friend used to say “Peter, you’re in the fun business”! (thanks Maryzia).

Today our office remains in the heart of downtown Toronto, but we now have our own, separate storage unit, and a growing team of full and part time staff in addition to interns from around the world.  (And yes, our very first intern, Nick, is still with us, but is of course now paid!).  We have enjoyed working in the Co-Working Space now since 2016 to keep us connected to the best and brightest future minds in business.

Some things have changed (we gave up that Blackberry!…then got it back….) but the important things remain the same. Jefferson our mascot, 3 Guinness records later, is still going strong.  Road Race Results (RRR) is the top results calendar destination across the country and in 2020 heading into an exciting new field of data analytics. And our customers agree!   2019 also marked the year RRR topped 9 million results.  Our goal in 2020 is 12 million!

Feeling inspired by the incredible interest in all things health and fitness, All Sports Marketing continues to expand its reach to the sizzling ‘Generation Active’ market. Our events company, “Good Times Running”, is growing steadily with popular events such as the Toronto Corporate Run Presented by Sport Chek, The Monster Dash and the 8th Annual Road Race Results Midnite Run.  We raise funds and profile for incredible charities like CAMH, Jumpstart  and Holland Bloorview Kids Rehab Hospital, and Corporate sponsors from across the board. It is an exciting time and one that presents boundless opportunities for those looking to reach this health and fitness crazed market in new and creative ways.

All Sports Marketing is 100% Canadian owned and operated. We’re small enough to care but big enough to handle any assignment.  We have experience, hard won wisdom and a willingness to go the extra mile, always.  And boy do we know how to throw a party!

We are beyond humbled and grateful to those clients who have been with us throughout our journey and for those looking to boost and/or expand their reach, please know that our door is always open. Call us anytime. Ask for Peter.
